Great coverage, Paul. I especially loved the Halligan quote. Actually, it might be more accurate to say that some sales people are looking for elephants in the jungle while good marketers are rounding them up at the watering hole. That may explain the occasional disconnect between sales and marketing. Sales folks aometimes see themselves as heroic hunters armed with only a spear, dressed in a loin cloth, and muttering, "Marketing? We don't need no stinkin" marketing." OK, I exaggerate... and apologizes to my friends in sales.

Wasn't able to make it to the event - thanks for the coverage.

Also enjoyed the Secrets of Social Media Marketing, Paul. You, did a great job covering what's going on in the Social Media world and provided very tactical (experience-based) tips on how to engage.
