Setting expectations up front before someone subscribers goes a long way to making sure they are a happy engage subscriber for years to come.  What are they going to receive?  How frequently are they going to receive it? What else are you going to do with my email address? Answering these questions upfront will set you down the path to email marketing success.</description>
