Dell blogger Menchaca has led the charge in convincing bloggers that \u201creal people are here to listen.\u201d<\/div>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class='highlights'>\n<div class=\"content\">\u201cThe challenge is how you create a network of advocates for your business\u2026. By listening to our customers, that is actually the most perfect form of marketing you could have.\u201d And Michael Dell? He predicts that customer relationships will \u201ccontinue to be more intimate\u201d and response times faster.
